Duration: 4 weeks + (good potential for extension across multiple sites)

Pay Rate: £220.00 per day

Hours: 07:30

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced 2nd Fix Plumber to join a project based in Maidstone. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of 2nd fix plumbing work on a residential site.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation of sanitary ware, taps, showers, and associated pipework
• Fitting radiators, valves, and completing final plumbing connections
• Testing systems and ensuring all works are completed to a high standard
• Working from drawings and plans to complete installations accurately
• Liaising with site management and other trades to ensure smooth workflow
• Adhering to all site health & safety regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience in 2nd fix plumbing
• Valid CSCS card (essential)
• Own tools and PPE
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality finish
