Job Title: Plumber

Location: Midlands (National travel may be required)

About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Plumber to join our team and take the lead on a variety of plumbing projects across the UK mainly in the Midlands This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives on responsibility and enjoys seeing a job through from start to finish.

As a Lead Project Plumber, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery from initial surveys and writing RAMS, to managing subcontractors, attending client meetings, and signing off completed works.

You’ll be the key point of contact for clients and the internal team, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks on plumbing systems, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.

Respond promptly and efficiently to reactive maintenance tasks, diagnosing and resolving issues across a range of commercial plumbing systems.

Install, repair, and maintain various commercial plumbing fixtures, pipework, and systems.

Carry out routine inspections and assessments to ensure systems remain compliant with safety and operational standards.

Collaborate with other team members and departments to complete jobs effectively and within deadlines.

Maintain accurate records of work completed, including reports on repairs, inspections, and materials used.

Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring the safe operation of all tasks undertaken.

Travel regionally as required to attend project sites across the Midlands with occasional further travel maybe required.

What We’re Looking For:

Level 3 Plumbing G3 Unvented (Preferable)

Water Hygiene Plumbing background advantageous

Strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance requirements

Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Full UK driving licence Clear

Enhanced DBS check.
