We are proud to be partnering with an award-winning Housing Association based in Wiltshire, who are looking to appoint a Plumber on a rolling temporary basis.

This will be a full-time position based in Wiltshire, with a range of different benefits including a company van and a competitive hourly rate of up to £30.00 on a CIS basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in Social Housing, have a basic DBS and be within a commutable distance of Melksham, Chippenham and Trowbridge.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Carrying out a wide range of plumbing repairs and maintenance across occupied and void social housing properties

Responding to emergency callouts, leaks, blockages, and other urgent plumbing issues in a timely and professional manner

Installing, repairing, and maintaining domestic plumbing systems, including pipework, radiators, taps, toilets, sinks, and showers

Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations

Using a PDA system to update progress, complete job notes, and report follow-up work

Experience required:

Experience required in Social Housing

Experience working with customers within housing

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

Utilising a PDA system

37 hours per week

Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
