Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Plumber Multi Trader in Stratford to support a Housing Association. The role is temp to perm and pays £27.64 per hour with a van and fuel card.

You will perform day-to-day repairs in domestic council properties and liaise with tenants and property staff. The ideal candidate has plumbing or multi-trade experience within social housing, strong customer service, and comfortable using a PDA for job records.

Qualifications

• Experience as a plumber or multi-trader in social housing or domestic properties.
• Strong customer service skills when meeting tenants.
• Able to carry out day-to-day repair and maintenance tasks.

Day to Day for plumber multi trader:

• Carrying day to day general repairs and maintenance in domestic council properties
• Good costumer service, meeting and greeting tenants
• Using a PDA
