Plumber Needed - Rochdale On Site

As the Plumber, you will be responsible for ensuring the Planned Preventative Maintenance program is completed to the highest standards and in line with specifications. Your core duties will include:

- Performing routine and non-routine maintenance
- Conducting fault finding and repairs
- Identifying and replacing life-expired equipment
- Carrying out inspections, water sampling, and risk assessments
- Repairing mains water supply issues
- Ensuring all work meets safety standards and follows agreed method statements
- Minimizing wastage and contributing to process improvements
- Completing statutory works on time and ensuring compliance

This role may also involve working at height and in all weather conditions.

Requirements

- Full driving license
- Appropriate trade qualification
- Gas Safe registration card
- Knowledge of Legionella Control (L8)
- Experience with Maximo maintenance system or similar
- Ability to operate light plant equipment
