Job Description

Our client in Elgin is looking to add an experienced Plumber to their team. You will be based in the Elgin area, working as part of our client’s property maintenance teams.

The working hours will be:

• Monday – Friday
• 08:00 - 16:00

The pay rate will be: £17.50 per hour

Responsibilities include:

• Perform general plumbing maintenance and improvements on domestic and untenanted properties.
• Work on bathroom, kitchen, and other areas to deliver high-quality work exceeding industry standards.
• Deliver top-quality maintenance plumbing work.
• Pre-inspect and diagnose repair requirements.
• Ensure repairs and maintenance are completed considerately within agreed timescales, meeting customer satisfaction and needs.

Candidate Requirements:

• CSCS certification
• SVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing
• At least 2 years of experience
• Full UK Driving License
