Looking for an experienced Plumber to join the Property team based in and around Oxford.

Plumber Duties:

1. Repairs to domestic plumbing installations
2. Installation of replacement sanitary ware and baths, shower trays, level decks, and associated equipment
3. Installation of kitchen sink
4. Repairs to sundry items
5. Installing and repairing water mains supplies, heating system pipework, and drainage stop taps
6. Installing and fixing domestic appliances like showers and washing machines
7. Vented and unvented cylinder heads (HWSS qualified or equivalent)
8. Cold water storage tank maintenance and renewal

This will be a mobile role, completing maintenance to social housing properties in the Oxfordshire region.

You should hold NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or have at least 5 years of experience within the plumbing industry.
