Job summary

Fortus Recruitment Group Limited is seeking an experienced Plumber to carry out responsive repairs and maintenance across social housing properties in Oxford. You will diagnose and fix leaks, service hot water systems, and ensure safe working practices while keeping residents informed.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with an out-of-hours emergency rota. A full UK driving licence is required, and you will receive a company van, fuel card and uniform, plus generous leave and

Qualifications

• Proven experience in domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Experience working on unvented cylinders.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to participate in an out-of-hours emergency rota.

Responsibilities
