Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting a Plumber in Oldham for a multi-phase premium commercial office development, delivering commercial 1st and 2nd fix plumbing, pipework installations, sanitaryware fitting, and rigorous system testing.

The role requires a Blue CSCS Card, NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing, full trade tools and PPE, and proven commercial plumbing experience with immediate availability; project runs through Christmas with 37.5 hours per week at £26 per hour CIS.

Qualifications

• Blue CSCS Card and NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing are required.
• Full set of own trade tools and full PPE on site.
• Proven commercial plumbing experience on large projects.
• Immediate availability to start.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1st and 2nd fix plumbing on a premium commercial office development.
• Install pipework and sanitaryware fittings and conduct testing.
• Work to project specifications and maintain safety on site.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely completion.

• Pay Rate: £26.00 per hour (CIS)

• Hours: 37.5 hours per week

• Start Date: Immediate / ASAP

• Duration: Contract running through until Christmas

• Location: Oldham
