Zusammenfassung

TXM Recruit is currently hiring 4x Plumbers to join a small team working on a commercial mechanical upgrade in Mayfair. Starting 26th October. The project on a whole is expected to run for 8 months.

Duties include 1st and 2nd fix plumbing, connecting to 15mm isolation valves, and installing bathroom fixtures such as Grohe toilet and frame, under-counter basin and rain shower. You must have own tools, CSCS card, DBS, and asbestos awareness.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ Level 2 in plumbing or equivalent.
• CSCS card.
• Clean DBS check.
• Asbestos Awareness.
• Own tools including a Crimper Tool.
• Experience of 1st-2nd fixing bathrooms in commercial settings.

Aufgaben

• 1st fix & 2nd fix plumbing.
• Connect to 15mm isolation valves.
• Amend bathroom pipework to suit 1st fix (shower, basin, toilet).
• Install Grohe toilet and frame - flush plate, toilet seat etc.
• Under counter basin and tap.

Specification for the Plumber below. Duties required but not limited to:

• 1st fix & 2nd Fix Plumbing
• Connect to 15mm Isolation Valves
• Amend Bathroom Pipework to Suit 1stfix (Shower, Basin, Toilet)
• Install 1 x Grohe Toilet and Frame - flush plate, toilet seat etc
• Under counter Basin and Tap
• Rain Shower Mixer and Head
• The rate of payis paid per fix. £175 per fix. £350 per room. - 1-2 fixes expected per day. On average, £350 per day. CIS
• 8 hours per day. Starting Monday26th October

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 in plumbing or equivalent
• CSCS card
• Clean DBS check required.
• Asbestos Awareness
• Must have own tools including Crimper Tool
• Must have experience of 1st - 2ndFixing Bathrooms in commercial setting.
