Job description

We are recruiting a Plumber to join our client's team located in the Beeston, Nottingham area.

Responsibilities include:

1. Repairs, installs, replaces, tests, and troubleshoots the water and medical gas supply and distribution systems, including valves, fixtures, and outlets.
2. Installs new water and medical gas supply systems with proper certification, piping, and fixtures in accordance with blueprints, drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
3. Maintains waste and vent lines in good operating condition using appropriate tools.
4. Assists other staff or contractors on projects requiring plumbing expertise.
5. Completes plumbing safety inspections and preventive maintenance on backflow devices with proper certifications.
6. Provides training to staff for light plumbing maintenance and repairs.
7. Performs general maintenance and operational duties as assigned.
8. Responds quickly to emergency situations, calling for additional assistance as needed.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Minimum of Plumbing City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3.
