Job summary

Think Recruitment is seeking an experienced Multi Task Plumber to join a repairs team in Northampton. The role covers plumbing repairs and a range of multi-skilled tasks across social housing properties, delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service.

Based in Northampton, the successful candidate will work full-time, start ASAP, and may participate in an out-of-hours rota. The position is initially for 3 months with potential to extend, paying £20 per hour (CIS or Umbrella).

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing repairs across social housing is essential.
• Ability to perform a range of multi-skilled repairs and maintain high workmanship.
• Comfortable working in occupied properties and following health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing-related repairs within social housing properties.
• Undertake a wide range of multi-skilled repairs as part of the role.
• Complete responsive repairs efficiently and to a high standard.
• Diagnose faults and carry out appropriate remedial works.
• Work within occupied properties while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota and undertake emergency repairs when required.
• Complete all works in line with relevant health and safety procedures.
• Use PDA technology and IT systems to record and update completed works.

Experienced and professional Multi Task Plumber required to work with a leading and highly reputable organisation.

My client requires an experienced Multi Task Plumber to join their repairs team, carrying out plumbing repairs and a range of multi-skilled works across social housing properties in Northampton.

Location: Northampton

Pay: £20.00 per hour (CIS or Umbrella)

Hours: Full-time

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 3 months (ongoing)
