Job Title: Multi-Trade Plumber

Location: Based in Northampton

Salary: Up to £26 per hour (Umbrella)Please note the options to pay are PAYE or Umbrella PAYE. We do not pay CIS.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday Optional overtime available, paid at the same hourly rate

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile plumber to join a close-knit team. The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 Plumbing qualification (or Equivalent City and Guilds) and possess basic knowledge of other trades. You will be working on void social housing properties, ensuring high-quality maintenance and repair work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform plumbing tasks in void social housing properties.
• Utilise basic skills in other trades as needed, such as plastering, carpentry, etc.
• Attending

• Work independently and as a part of a team

Requirements:

• Level 2 Plumbing qualification (or City and Guilds).
