Job description

Plumber Needed in Oldham

The rate is £13.95 per hour (PAYE). This is a temporary role with reference number: 444009.

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure the Planned Preventative Maintenance programme is completed in line with specifications and Work Packages.
2. Perform routine and non-routine maintenance.
3. Fault finding and identification of life-expired equipment.
4. Check, repair, and make good faults and life-expired equipment.
5. Conduct inspections, water sampling, and risk assessments.
6. Carry out mains water supply repairs.
7. Ensure all works are completed to the highest safety standards and in accordance with method statements.
8. Minimise wastage and promote continuous process improvements.
9. Complete statutory works on time and ensure compliance.
10. This role may involve working at height and in all weather conditions.
