About the Role:
We are seekingexperienced and reliable 2nd Fix Plumbers to join our team on a new build apartment development. You’ll play a key role in the final plumbing stages, ensuring all fixtures and fittings are installed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out all 2nd fix plumbing tasks including installation of sinks, toilets, baths, showers, radiators, and appliances.

• Ensure all work meets current plumbing and building regulations.

• Read and interpret technical drawings and plans.

• Liaise with site managers, contractors, and other trades as needed.

• Work to project deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in 2nd fix plumbing on new build sites.

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent.

• CSCS Card (required).

• Own tools and PPE.

• Strong attention to detail and a professional work ethic.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
