Job Title: Plumber

Location: Midlands (National travel may be required)

Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Project Plumber to oversee plumbing projects across the UK, mainly in the Midlands. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys responsibility and seeing projects through from start to finish.

As a Lead Project Plumber, you will manage all aspects of project delivery, including initial surveys, writing RAMS, managing subcontractors, attending client meetings, and signing off on completed works. You will serve as the key contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth, safe, and high-standard project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks on plumbing systems, ensuring high standards.
  • Respond promptly to reactive maintenance tasks, diagnosing and resolving issues.
  • Install, repair, and maintain various plumbing fixtures, pipework, and systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to complete jobs efficiently and on time.
  • Maintain accurate records of work, including reports on repairs, inspections, and materials.
  • Follow health and safety regulations to ensure safe operations.
  • Travel regionally within the Midlands, with occasional further travel as required.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 3 Plumbing qualification; G3 Unvented (preferable)
  • Water Hygiene Plumbing experience advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Full UK driving licence (clear)
  • Enhanced DBS check
