Job summary

Aster Group is seeking an experienced Plumber to join our East Dorset Response team. You will perform a mix of domestic and commercial plumbing tasks across East Dorset, ensuring high-quality work and safety compliance.

Role requires NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to work independently or in a team. We offer a company vehicle, flexible working where possible, and a supportive development environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent experience.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance including pipework, fittings, and heating systems.
• Respond to emergency call-outs and complete scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and complete repairs efficiently.
• Provide quotations and accurate updates to supervisors or clients.
• Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in good condition.
• Adhere to relevant safety regulations and operational procedures.
• Deliver exceptional service and support to customers at all times.

Introduction

Are you an experienced plumber, looking for a new opportunity? Our East Dorset Response team is looking for a qualified plumber to join them.

What you'll be doing:

You will use your skills and experience to carry out a mixture of plumbing and general maintenance tasks in domestic and commercial properties across East Dorset. Ensuring high-quality work, health and safety compliance, and excellent customer service.

• Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance including pipework, fittings, and heating systems.
