Job Description

Our client in North Tyneside is looking to add an experienced Plumber with Gas to their team. You will be based in North Tyneside working as part of our client’s Property Maintenance Team.

Working hours:

• Monday – Friday
• 37 hours per week
• 08:30-16:30

Pay Rate: £20 Ltd Per Hour

Responsibilities include:

• You will be responsible for general maintenance and repairs to domestic and untenanted properties.
• Working with bathroom, kitchen, and other areas to deliver high-quality domestic maintenance work.
• Pre-inspect and diagnose selected repair requirements.
• Ensure that repairs and maintenance works are undertaken considerately within agreed timescales.

Candidate Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent Qualification in Plumbing
• Gas Qualification
• 1+ years’ experience in similar roles
• Full UK Driving License
