We are currently partnering with a Social Housing Provider in Wiltshire, who are recruiting for a Plumber to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary in the region of £35,000, with a van and fuel included. Our client would like someone to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities include:

1. Delivering both Planned and Reactive maintenance to domestic dwellings
2. Carrying out Planned bathroom refits, ensuring all works adhere to specifications
3. Liaising with tenants about the time scales of remedial works
4. Working as part of an on-call rota, requiring work every 6 weeks, with reimbursement per call out

Experience required:

• Experience in Social Housing
• Experience working with customers within housing
• Experience delivering Planned and Reactive maintenance
• Domestic plumbing duties experience

Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
