Plumber

Birmingham – Static site

£35,000 per annum – no on call rota

We are looking for a plumber to work at a prestigious site in Birmingham. This role is site-based and does not require on-call duties. The position is primarily Monday – Friday, with the requirement to work 1 weekend a month, for which time off in lieu is provided.

The ideal candidate will have some previous experience and relevant qualifications, and be eager to work as part of a team, gaining experience and development opportunities, including access to first-class training.

Main duties include (but are not limited to):

1. Install temporary plastic pipework
2. Install compressed air pipework
3. Ensure all work complies with client policies and procedures
4. Support maintenance team members with ad-hoc tasks across disciplines

Candidates must hold a City and Guilds Level 2 Plumbing qualification. This is a permanent role offering a basic salary of £35,000 per annum. Working hours are mainly Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, with some flexibility required based on business needs. Applications from plumbers of all experience levels are welcome.
