Description

• Manage a portfolio of plot sales transactions.
• Conduct legal research and provide support to the Legal team.
• Prepare and review legal documents relating to plot sales.
• Coordinate with clients and other parties involved in transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
• Assist in the resolution of any legal issues that may arise.
• Keep up to date with changes in law related to plot sales.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Profile

A successful Plot Sales Paralegal should have:

• A degree in Law or related field.
• Minimum 6 months Plot Sales experience.
• Knowledge of plot sales and property law.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
