Job summary

Eventus Legal in Hale, Cheshire, seeks a Plot Sales Paralegal to join its established residential property team. You will support the progression of plot sales and related matters, drafting and organising documents while liaising with clients, solicitors and external parties to move cases forward.

The role is full-time and permanent, offering a salary up to £30,000 with a 10% bonus, comprehensive healthcare, pension, and various employee benefits including gym access and birthday leave.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant with plot sales exposure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Good IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook, with the ability to learn legal case management systems.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong commitment to accurate work and high standards of client care.

Eventus Legal are seeking a Plot Sales Paralegal to join a well-established, award-winning law firm based in Hale, Cheshire. This is a full-time, permanent job position offering a salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience, alongside an employee bonus scheme of up to 10% of salary, a healthcare package with 24/7 GP access and contributions towards dental treatment, glasses and physiotherapy, company pension, death in service cover, Pure Gym membership and a paid day off for your birthday. This opportunity has arisen through internal progression, allowing for a new an available position within the plot sales team.

Role Responsibilities

Joining the Residential Property team, the Plot Sales Paralegal will support the efficient progression of plot sales and wider residential property matters. Key responsibilities will include:

• Drafting, reviewing and organising legal documents relating to residential property transactions

• Liaising with clients, solicitors and external parties to progress matters and obtain required information

Person Specification
