Vision for Education are working alongside a friendly and well-established school in North Tyneside to recruit for a PMLD Teaching Assistant to work with their students who have Profound and Multiple Learning needs. This could be a full time supply role, starting immediately for the right candidate. Looking for September work? As a PMLD Teaching Assistant you will need to have strong knowledge of the challenges young people face, excellent communication skills and not be afraid to get stuck in to a vibrant classroom. You will be working alongside the teacher to manage behaviour, enrich young people through various educational methods, and build strong and lasting relationships with amazing young people.
If you have previous experience with SEND or as a teaching assistant then this role would be ideal for you.
