Job summary

Graphcore is seeking an experienced PLM Administrator to enhance the product information systems, keeping data accurate, traceable, and accessible across controlled documentation. You will manage document management and the standards portal, configure workflows and permissions, and support users with system updates.

The role offers broad exposure to engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain, with ownership of critical systems and a path to impact across product lifecycle processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering PLM or other critical business systems.
• Understanding of product data, revisions, engineering change, release control, workflows, and governance.
• Strong capability in user administration, access control, issue resolution, data quality, and controlled information management.
• Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, quality, or supply chain teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities independently, with strong attention to detail and clear stakeholder communication.

About the job

Make the systems behind Graphcore’s product information work better, stay controlled, and remain trusted.

You’ll administer and improve our PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system, with responsibility for document management and the standards portal.

Your work will keep product information accurate, traceable, accessible, and aligned with controlled documentation across Graphcore.

You’ll configure workflows, permissions and system controls. You’ll also support users, resolve issues, and help deliver system updates and improvements.

This role offers broad exposure across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain, with real ownership of business‑critical systems.

The team and culture

You’ll join Configuration Management within Manufacturing Operations. The team keeps critical engineering data and controlled documents accurate, traceable, and effectively managed.

What we’re looking for

Essential

• Hands‑on experience administering PLM, document management, operational, or other business‑critical systems.
• Understanding of product data, revisions, engineering change, release control, workflows, and governance.
• Strong capability in user administration, access control, issue resolution, data quality, and controlled information management.
• Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, or similar technical and operational teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities independently, with strong attention to detail and clear stakeholder communication.

Desirable

• Experience with Arena PLM, Cognidox, Accuris, system integrations, reporting, upgrades, or data migrations would be valuable.
• Experience of BOM (Bill Of Materials) structures.
