Graphcore is seeking a Configuration Management professional to administer and improve Arena PLM, Cognidox document management and the Accuris standards portal. You will ensure accuracy, traceability and governance across product information and controlled documents.

You'll configure workflows, permissions and system controls, support users, resolve issues, and help deliver system updates and improvements, with broad exposure across engineering, quality, manufacturing and supply chain.

Job description

Make the systems behind Graphcore’s product information work better, stay controlled, and remain trusted.

You’ll administer and improve Arena PLM, with responsibility for Cognidox document management and the Accuris standards portal.

Your work will keep product information accurate, traceable, accessible, and aligned with controlled documentation across Graphcore.

You’ll configure workflows, permissions and system controls. You’ll also support users, resolve issues, and help deliver system updates and improvements.

This role offers broad exposure across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain, with real ownership of business‑critical systems.

The team and culture

You’ll join Configuration Management within Manufacturing Operations. The team keeps critical engineering data and controlled documents accurate, traceable, and effectively managed.

Day to day, you’ll work across technical and operational teams, balancing user needs with clear governance requirements. Priorities are managed through an administration backlog.

You’ll take ownership of problems, investigate what needs to change, and implement approved improvements. You’ll work closely with process owners when decisions cross systems or functions.

What we’re looking for

• Hands‑on experience administering PLM, document management, quality, operational, or other business‑critical systems.
• Understanding of product data, BOM structures, revisions, engineering change, release control, workflows, and governance.
• Strong capability in user administration, access control, issue resolution, data quality, and controlled information management.
• Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, or similar technical and operational teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities independently, with strong attention to detail and clear stakeholder communication.
• Experience with Arena PLM, Cognidox, Accuris, system integrations, reporting, upgrades, or data migrations would be valuable.
