Job summary

FMC Talent is seeking a PLM Consultant to work with clients across engineering, manufacturing and industrial environments, transforming their product data, workflows and processes through PLM solutions.

You will gather requirements, design and configure PLM solutions, lead implementations, and deliver training to client teams while building strong relationships as a trusted advisor. 2–4 years of consultancy or related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of consultancy or client-facing experience is required.
• Understanding of PLM, digital transformation or engineering software environments.
• Ability to translate client needs into practical PLM recommendations and solution designs.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse client requirements across product development, manufacturing, and lifecycle management.
• Translate business needs into clear PLM recommendations and solution designs.
• Configure PLM systems to match client workflows and industry requirements.
• Lead implementation activities, keeping projects on track against timelines and budgets.
• Deliver training and workshops to help client teams get the most from the system.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project.
