To support our continued growth, we are looking for ambitious, motivated individuals to join our PLM Team. Candidates must be autonomous and thrive in a technically challenging environment. They will be responsible for delivering Maya HTT’s customized PLM solutions and services to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the technical and sales teams to understand project scope and objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective communication with customers.
• Collaborate with customer resources, Solution Architects, and PLM consultants to ensure project execution as per scope.
• Control project budget and resource allocation.
• Prepare project plans based on scope and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with the delivery manager to monitor project progress and generate reports.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans using waterfall or Agile methodologies as required.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Apply best practice methodologies to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Monitor progress, manage scope creep, and make necessary adjustments.
• Work with Finance to ensure monthly invoicing of Purchase Orders.
• Support strategic projects within Maya, including internal product development and customer projects.
• Enhance Maya’s project management methodologies.
• Collaborate with leadership for project visibility and governance.

Qualifications for Success:

• Over 2 years of project management experience in IT or PLM, delivering complex software solutions or products.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, project management, mechanical, software, electrical engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience managing multiple projects using Agile or waterfall; Scrum Master or PMP certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of PLM, IT, CAD, CAM is advantageous.
• Experience in engineering, industrial, or manufacturing environments is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal, ownership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools like MS Project or Jira.
