Ultra Maritime is seeking a qualified candidate with a background in Engineering Change Management within PLM systems for roles that include managing licenses and ensuring compliance. Job description

Collect and report metrics as required using the PLM tool.

Access & Permissions Management of Windchill.

PLM Windchill License Allocation.

Identify and report non-compliance situations.

Weekly & Monthly License audits.

Support all Tool Upgrades or maintenance with support from the Configuration Team.

Work to fulfill Configuration Management Service Requests as assigned.

Legacy Software Support.

Experience needed:
  • Prior Engineering Change Management/PLM work experience/knowledge of product/BOM structures, configuration management, change control/PLM systems, engineering and manufacturing business processes.
  • Familiarity with software tools; Requirements management, ERP, PDM, and PLM.
  • Ability to clearly communicate and encourage collaborative working across business functions and projects.
  • Experience in development and maintenance of user guides and training materials.
  • Experience in the Defence / Aerospace or safety regulated environment would be advantageous.
  • Experience in the Naval / Maritime domain would be advantageous.

All applicants must be able to obtain Security Clearance *minimum 5 years UK residency.

Typically, a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and some related experience.

May be required to maintain security clearance.

The successful candidate must obtain full Government Security Clearance before starting employment with Ultra Maritime. Candidates may hold an active Security Clearance or be eligible to obtain a full UK Government Security Clearance.
