Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Engineer (PLC Fault Finding) in Wrexham to join a globally recognised refrigeration business. You will fault find PLCs, perform planned maintenance on temperature-controlled facilities, and support control panels while progressing your career with funded training.

Offered is a 40,000–43,000 base salary with 47K OTE, a £2,000 call-out bonus, funded qualifications, and clear progression paths. Monday–Friday, 8:00–16:30, with an on-call rotation."

Qualifications

• Experience fault finding PLCs on electrical systems.
• Electrical qualification such as NVQ, HND or HNC.
• Willingness to join on-call rotation and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned maintenance on temperature-controlled environments and electrical control panels.
• Full training on refrigeration.
• On call rota 1 in every 3 weeks.
• Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm
