Playworkers Required (Part Time)

Our client is currently recruiting for playworkers to join their existing team to help out the after school club from 3.00pm to 6.15pm Monday to Wednesday (with some flexibility for more hours).

The role involves:

1. Ensuring activities are planned, delivered, and interesting.
2. Making sure the safety and well-being of club users through checking equipment is adhered to.
3. Maximising the learning value of the activities by planning and evaluating activities.
4. Making parents and children feel welcome using good customer service skills.
5. Filing accident reports.

People Specification:

1. Level 2 or 3 in play work childcare or equivalent, ideal but not essential.
2. Prepared to train if you do not have the required qualifications.
3. Patient and caring towards children and parents.
4. Good health and safety awareness.
5. ENHANCED DBS ESSENTIAL.

Own transport required due to location.
