About the role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, the learning never stops. That's why we give you opportunities to learn and develop the skills needed to build your career in our Little Pioneers nurseries. Offering flexible and part-time hours between 7 am - 6:30 pm, with options for 2-4 day working weeks to suit your work-life balance.

What will the role involve?

  • Working in collaboration with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the classroom and for children's outcomes.
  • Supporting the education and development of your key children through high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver excellent care and early education, ensuring performance standards are maintained.

Who are we looking for?

  • Full and relevant early years qualification (essential).
  • An Enhanced DBS check (costs covered).
  • Open, honest, and compassionate attitude.
  • Inspiring and passionate about early years and working with children.
