Offering flexible, part-time work between 7am and 6.30pm, with options for 2-4 day workweeks to suit your work-life balance.

What will the role involve?

  • Working collaboratively with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results and outcomes for children.
  • Supporting the education and development of your key children through high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver outstanding care, early education, and to meet performance standards consistently.

Who are we looking for?

  • Full and relevant early years qualification (essential).
  • Enhanced DBS check (costs covered by us).
  • Open, honest, and compassionate attitude.
  • Inspiring and passionate about early years and working with children.

What can we offer you?

  • Career Growth: Opportunities for progression within the nursery and beyond, including roles like nursery manager. Your aspirations are the limit.
  • Learning and Development: Support through supervisions, personal development plans, learning resources, and access to apprenticeship programs.
  • Discounts and Perks: Up to 20% off food shopping, £500 off holidays, and 60% off childcare fees (potentially saving up to £7000 annually).
  • Wellbeing: Resources and tools for financial and mental wellbeing, including wellness apps.
  • Doing Good Together: Up to 3 days off for volunteering during work hours.

Our child-centric approach emphasizes fun to nurture a kinder, more considerate generation. Your skills in supporting children's development will help us achieve outstanding ratings from colleagues, families, and children alike.
