About the role:

Working hours and flexibility:

Offering flexible and part-time work between 7am - 6.30pm, with options for 2-4 day working weeks to suit your work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the nursery and for children.
  • Support the education and development of key children through high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Deliver outstanding care, early education, and maintain performance standards.

Candidate requirements:

  • Full and relevant early years qualification (essential).
  • Enhanced DBS check (costs covered by us).
  • Open, honest, and compassionate attitude.
  • Passionate about early years and working with children.
