Tottenham Hotspur is seeking a dedicated Player Care & Pastoral Support lead for the U13–U17 Academy. You will build trusted relationships with players and parents, deliver personalised check-ins, identify wellbeing needs, and coordinate with the MDT to provide timely support across training, matches and tours.

You will also coordinate the Academy Personal Development and Mentoring programmes, support transitions between age groups, and engage parents through education and the Parent Voice

Formación

• Pastoral and welfare delivery experience with young people
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organised
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (MDT)
• Experience engaging with parents/guardians
• Comfort with flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary Player Care contact for players and parents (U13–U17)
• Deliver regular player check-ins to identify development needs
• Identify wellbeing concerns and coordinate with MDT for support
• Contribute to the Academy Pastoral Welfare Group updates
• Attend player and parent meetings and provide Player Care perspective
• Provide care support during academy training, fixtures, and overseas tours
