Job description

Salary: Based on National Minimum/Living Wage, £10.00 - £12.21 per hour.

The Vacancy

Hours: Between 7.15am and 6.00pm (as and when required during school holidays)

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and caring Playcare Assistants to join our School Holiday Club on a casual basis. Hours will vary depending on need and will fall within the school holiday periods.

As a Playcare Assistant, you will support and supervise children aged 4–11, engaging with them through play and structured activities. You’ll help plan, prepare and lead a range of fun, age-appropriate activities, ensuring children are happy, safe and well cared for. You should be reliable, energetic, and able to communicate confidently with children, parents and colleagues.

About Kidzone

Kidzone, part of the Bolton School Foundation, provides year-round childcare through a before and after-school service and a vibrant holiday club for primary-aged children.
