Hackney Education’s Ann Tayler Children and Family Hub seeks a Play and Learning Coordinator to coordinate high-quality care and education services, and to run stay-and-play activities across the community, including in families’ homes and partner sites.

A strong EYFS knowledge base and leadership skills are essential, with emphasis on signposting families and supporting a diverse community. This role requires flexible hours due to shift patterns and a DBS check is required.

• A strong knowledge of the EYFS is essential and the ability to identify and signpost families where needed.
• Strong leadership skills are required to drive the team including agency staff and volunteers.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills and reliable assessment abilities.

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality care and education services and stay-and-play activities in the community as part of the Children and Family Hub Partnership, including in families’ homes and partner delivery sites.
• Support, implement and evaluate the service provided for families.
