A leading primary school in Southampton is seeking a dedicated Play Leader to manage their new Wraparound Care provision. This role involves leading after school and holiday care programs, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children aged 4 to 11. The successful candidate will need to be passionate about working with children and possess relevant experience in childcare settings.
We are seeking to appoint a Play Leader to lead and manage our brand-new Wraparound Care provision. We are looking for someone who is dedicated, hardworking, passionate about working with children, and able to have fun while being organised and capable of leading a small team. The purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth running of the After School Club.
Monday – Friday, 2.45pm-6.00pm – during term time (38 weeks)
After School Club – (16.50 hours per week) - £11,440 (38 weeks)
The role will be term time for the afterschool club care, but there will be opportunities for the successful candidate to support with setting up and running holiday care provision.
Monday – Friday, 8.00am-5.00pm – during school holidays for approximately 8 weeks per year. Holiday Club Hours – (40 hours per week) - £5,441 for 8 weeks per year.
