Job summary

M&G Life is seeking a Digital Platform Proposition Architect to shape how core platforms are used across life and pensions propositions. You will partner with proposition, experience, operating model and technology teams to define standard capabilities and reuse across multiple platforms.

You will influence platform choices, work with external partners, and help ensure scalable, compliant digital propositions that meet customer and adviser needs.

Qualifications

• Experience applying proposition and architecture thinking to connect business needs with platform capability.
• Strong practical knowledge of Sonata and how it is configured to support life and pensions proposals.
• Experience shaping the use of a core or SaaS platform across products and propositions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a forward-looking view of how Sonata and other core platforms should be used and evolve across digital propositions.
• Work with proposition, experience, operating model and platform capability to come together before delivery commitments.
• Turn needs into clear choices about standard capability, configuration and reuse.
• Apply learning across programmes to identify reusable platform capabilities and approaches.
• Provide informed recommendations at investment, design and governance points.
• Develop a cross-platform view of how Sonata fits within the wider digital ecosystem.
