We're looking for a Platform Specialist to join our high-performing Technology team - a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our IT/OT environments. This is more than just support - it's about ownership, innovation, and impact.

1. Taking charge of our core platforms to ensure they're secure, resilient, and running at peak performance.
2. Supporting incident investigations to identify root causes and build stronger systems.
3. Acting as a subject matter expert in OT/IT integration, advising on architecture and infrastructure improvements.
4. Collaborating with engineers, project teams, and security experts to embed best-in-class solutions.
5. Driving forward platform maturity through continuous improvement, automation, and cutting-edge practices.
6. Experience working with Asset Management.
7. Collaborating with third party suppliers and contractors.

Skills and Experience

1. Excellent knowledge of IT/OT environments, network security, and cyber resilience.
2. Experience in system design, implementation, and operational support for critical infrastructure.
3. Familiarity with Agile, Prince2, ITIL, Jira, and modern DevOps methodologies.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to influence, guide, and challenge where needed.
5. A passion for technology, innovation, and making things better.
