We’re looking for a Platform Specialist to join our high-performing Technology team – a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our IT/OT environments. This is more than just support – it’s about ownership, innovation, and impact.

• Taking charge of our core platforms to ensure they’re secure, resilient, and running at peak performance.
• Supporting incident investigations to identify root causes and build stronger systems.
• Acting as a subject matter expert in OT/IT integration, advising on architecture and infrastructure improvements.
• Collaborating with engineers, project teams, and security experts to embed best-in-class solutions.
• Driving forward platform maturity through continuous improvement, automation, and cutting-edge practices.
• Experience working with Asset Management.
• Collaborating with third-party suppliers and contractors.

Skills and Experience

• Excellent knowledge of IT/OT environments, network security, and cyber resilience.
• Experience in system design, implementation, and operational support for critical infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Agile, Prince2, ITIL, Jira, and modern DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to influence, guide, and challenge where needed.
• A passion for technology, innovation, and making things better.
