Job summary

7IM is seeking an office-based frontline adviser support role to provide telephone and email servicing to platform clients, working with financial planners, paraplanners and wealth managers.

Role involves close collaboration with Regional Platform Relationship Managers and the Operations team to deliver outstanding service and accurate platform communications, while following FCA Consumer Duty principles.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services support is preferred.
• Knowledge of UK platform market and regulatory environment is beneficial.
• Experience with Pershing systems is advantageous.
• Proven ability to handle intermediaries and wealth managers.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and email queries from intermediaries promptly.
• Maintain accurate data across 7IM platform and CRM systems.
• Escalate issues appropriately and manage client expectations.
• Collaborate with Operations and RM teams during client reporting periods.
• Assist in testing platform enhancements and UAT scripts.
