Main ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll do
As a member of the Ticket Office, you will actively promote and sell Southeastern and other businesses' products in a positive and professional manner by protecting existing revenue and generating new business.
You will provide a professional service to passengers by delivering excellent customer service whilst selling the full range of tickets, ensuring you are actively contributing to a positive retail environment and taking account for revenues received.
PLEASE NOTE THE WORKING HOURS ARE FOR 06:00 - 10:00 MONDAY TO FRIDAY.
