Job summary

J.P. Morgan in the UK is hiring a Platform Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for developer-focused platforms, APIs, and tooling. You will collaborate with platform engineering and SRE to deliver reliable services while shaping the SDLC and security posture.

You will help guide product definition, roadmaps, and success metrics, translating technical concepts into business impact for cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with meaningful time in platform products, infrastructure, or developer tooling.
• Strong technical background: distributed systems, APIs, CI/CD, cloud/container platforms, observability, identity/access, SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Own platform product strategy and roadmap for developer experience (observability, docs portal, etc.).
• Understand developer needs via discovery: interviews, telemetry, tickets, community feedback; translate to initiatives.
