As a Platform Operations Support Engineer at Talon, you'll ensure the smooth operation of the platform stack by providing technical and functional support. Your responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving issues, collaborating with business and engineering teams to improve systems, and proactively identifying opportunities for enhancement. You will work in shifts to support North American users in Eastern Standard Time, offering user support, troubleshooting, and contributing to system improvements.
You will handle support tickets via email, service desk portal, and in person. Tasks include creating user logins, troubleshooting, answering queries, training media owners, testing and deploying applications, raising bugs, and maintaining data accuracy. You will communicate updates, close tickets, complete regular tasks, and keep documentation current.
Our team supports Talon's tech platforms, providing data insights for business decisions, supporting finance users with NetSuite, and assisting over 300 internal and external users including agencies and media owners.
