Job summary

Hawk-Eye Innovations in the United Kingdom is seeking a Systems Administrator to lead the Platform Migration & Merge programme, delivering tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 migrations and Google Workspace transitions.

The role combines hands-on administration, scripting in PowerShell, and collaboration with IT leadership to decommission legacy environments while preserving data and identities.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 components and Google Workspace Enterprise.
• Experience delivering tenant-to-tenant migrations and Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migrations.
• Strong PowerShell skills for Graph, Exchange Online and Entra ID automation.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Migration Toolset and related tooling (GAM, Movebot, CloudM, BitTitan).
• Knowledge of mail flow, domain changes, and identity lifecycle during transitions.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of in-flight and upcoming platform migrations including M365 and Google Workspace transitions.
• Plan, design and execute mail, calendar, contacts, files, and identity migrations using native and third-party tools.
• Manage coexistence periods, mail flow, domain changes and SMTP/UPN transitions during cutover.
• Write and maintain PowerShell scripts for bulk operations, validation and automation.
• Coordinate decommissioning of legacy environments post-migration and preserve data and identities as needed.
• Engage stakeholders and provide detailed migration proposals for leadership approval.
• Provide post-migration hypercare and ongoing support to senior users.
