Skipton is seeking an experienced Platform Manager to lead evolution, performance and operational excellence of our Core Banking Platform. You will shape the platform roadmap, align with business priorities and drive improvements with engineering, architecture and supplier teams.
This strategic role balances modernisation with stability, regulatory requirements and business demand, in a hybrid working pattern with three days in the Skipton office and two from home.

We're looking for an experienced Platform Manager to lead the evolution, performance and operational excellence of our Core Banking Platform.
This is a strategic leadership role at the heart of our technology estate, helping ensure one of our most critical platforms remains secure, resilient, scalable and aligned to business priorities. You'll work closely with engineering teams, architects, business stakeholders and suppliers to shape the platform roadmap, drive continuous improvement and deliver value for our colleagues and customers.
