Job summary

ERSG Ltd in the UK is seeking an experienced Offshore HVDC Platform Manager to lead the delivery of offshore HVDC platforms and offshore substations, collaborating with engineering teams, EPC contractors and key project stakeholders.

The role requires deep HVDC knowledge, offshore transmission or wind experience, and a proven ability to manage CDM, HSE and multidisciplinary teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise delivering offshore HVDC platforms or offshore substations
• Strong background in HVDC, offshore transmission or offshore wind
• Solid CDM regulations and HSE understanding
• Experience managing EPC contractors and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong stakeholder, commercial and risk management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of offshore HVDC platforms and offshore substations.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, EPC contractors and key stakeholders.
• Manage CDM, HSE compliance and risk controls on the project.
• Oversee commercial aspects and risk mitigation across the program.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the delivery of critical HVDC offshore infrastructure, working closely with engineering teams, EPC contractors and key project stakeholders.
