Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Platform Lead/Senior Consultant to lead a modern Data & Integration Platform built on Snowflake, Confluent Kafka, Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, and CI/CD ecosystems. You will guide end-to-end platform delivery, governance, and operations, while mentoring engineers and driving Agile delivery in a global context.

The role requires hands-on expertise in at least two platform technologies with mandatory Snowflake or Confluent Kafka experience.

Qualifications

7+ years leading Data Platform, Cloud, Integration, or Platform Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end platform delivery, operations, governance, and service management.
Define and execute platform strategy, roadmap, and modernization initiatives.
Drive platform scalability, resilience, automation, and operational maturity.
Establish engineering best practices, governance controls, and operating procedures.
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of platform initiatives across multiple technology tracks.
Drive Agile ways of working using Scrum, Kanban, and continuous improvement practices.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, operational metrics, and customer commitments.
Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and technical blockers; drive compliance, security, audit readiness, and cost optimization.
Implement effective monitoring, observability, and service management processes.
Mentor and guide Snowflake, Kafka, Cloud, DevOps, and Platform engineers.
Provide architectural oversight and technical governance across the platform landscape.
