Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Platform Lead / Senior Consultant to drive a modern Data & Integration Platform built on Snowflake, Confluent Kafka, Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor technical leads, and ensure platform reliability and governance aligned to business objectives.

The role requires hands-on expertise in multiple platform technologies with mandatory Snowflake or Confluent Kafka experience, driving Agile delivery and stakeholder management across

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading Data Platform, Cloud, Integration, or Platform Engineering teams.
• Experience managing large enterprise production environments.
• Experience in global Agile delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder and client engagement experience.
• Strong Snowflake Administration and/or Confluent Kafka experience.
• Experience with Azure/AWS/GCP cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with SNOW workflows and Data Mesh concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end platform delivery, operations, governance, and service management.
• Define and execute platform strategy, roadmap, and modernization initiatives.
• Drive platform scalability, resilience, automation, and operational maturity.
• Establish engineering best practices, governance controls, and operating procedures.
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of platform initiatives across multiple tracks.
• Drive Agile ways of working using Scrum, Kanban, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, operational metrics, and customer commitments.
• Mentor Snowflake, Kafka, Cloud, DevOps, and Platform engineers.
• Provide architectural oversight and technical governance across the platform landscape.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
