Responsibilities

• Hunt for opportunity - synthesize market trends and internal signals into a clear value hypothesis and business case.
• Design and lead pilots, aligning cross-functional teams and validating ROI with real data before scaling.
• Own the asset outcome end-to-end, including business case, pilot economics, and scale recommendation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, guiding decisions through structured, data-driven narratives.
• Influence cross-functional and regional stakeholders to keep momentum moving.
• Know when to scale a proven model - and when to close a weak one early to keep focus on the strongest bets.
